Welcome to Yuripons commission service! Here’s what you need to know:- Artwork Delivery: You will receive a full-size digital copy of your commissioned artwork. If you’d like a smaller version, just let me know when you inquire about your commission!- File Storage: Please remember to save the artwork I send you. I occasionally clear my tablet for space, so I may not have the original CSP or PNG files available later.- Work-in-Progress (WIP): You can request a WIP during your order. However, please note that this may extend the estimated time of arrival (ETA) for your artwork, as it interrupts my workflow. The WIP will be shared once the linework is complete. It’s your responsibility to communicate any changes needed at this stage, as I won’t modify the linework after delivering your commission.- Usage Rights: You may use your purchased artwork for personal use, such as creating merchandise or charms, as long as you do not profit from these items. Commercial use, profit-making, or using my art for AI programs is strictly prohibited. However, you can purchase commercial rights for an additional fee.- Conduct: I reserve the right to cancel your commission or deny your request at any time due to mistreatment or harassment. I do not tolerate misuse of my art or any form of harassment, and you will be blacklisted if this occurs.- Art Style: Please take a moment to explore my gallery to understand how my style evolves. My art is always changing and improving, so it may differ from what you see in my gallery.- Acceptance of Terms: By purchasing my artwork, you agree to these Terms of Service and promise not to request any PayPal chargebacks. Violating these terms will result in being blacklisted.---### Copyright and Usage Policy- As the artist, I retain the right to post and use your commissioned artwork for advertising, portfolios, and any other platforms I choose.- As the commissioner, you may post the artwork on various sites, create personal merchandise (non-commercial), or use it as decoration or icons, provided you credit me as the artist.- Prohibitions: You MAY NOT use my art for profit, trace or repost it as your own, claim it as your own, use it for AI, or remove any watermarks I may include.- If you wish for your artwork not to be posted anywhere, please inform me when placing your order.---### Payment Information- Payment Method: I only accept payments through PayPal in USD.- Payment Terms: I prefer upfront payment, but if you’d like to wait for a WIP or the fully watermarked version before paying, we can arrange that.- Payment Process: Please send your payment directly through PayPal instead of requesting an invoice, as it helps me keep track of everything more efficiently.- Commission Acceptance: Please do not send payment until your commission request has been accepted.- Tax: If you’d like, you can cover the PayPal transaction fee, but it’s not required—just appreciated!---### Ordering Process- When placing an order, please be as detailed as possible. I typically won’t provide a WIP unless requested, and once the artwork is finished, I cannot make changes to the linework.- You can contact me through X/Twitter and Bluesky, but please ensure your order is in English, as that’s my only current language.- I may reach out for more details if needed, so be thorough!---### Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA)- I strive to deliver your artwork as quickly as possible. However, due to my compromised immune system, health issues may occasionally delay your art. Please be patient, as the turnaround time can vary from 2 days to a month.- In rare cases, the maximum wait time may extend to 3-4 months. During this period, I will keep you updated on the status of your commission.- If you need your commission by a specific date, please let me know. There may be extra fees for expedited delivery, as I’ll need to adjust my schedule.---### Artwork Changes- I’m happy to make minor adjustments to your finished artwork, such as color changes or small additions.- However, I cannot accommodate major changes, like altering significant portions of the linework or redoing large sections. It’s essential that you provide a thorough description and references beforehand.---### Refund Policy- Please note that I do not offer refunds. The only exception is if I am unable to complete your artwork. Once I start drawing, the commission is no longer eligible for a refund.- If you file a chargeback claim, you will be blacklisted from my services, and any permissions to use or post your artwork will be revoked.
